You can experience our bikes firsthand at our authorized US dealer and service locations. We currently partner with premier local shops in Anaheim, California, including Bikecraze | Bike Shop (1171 N Kraemer Blvd) and Duke's Bicycles (1401 N Kraemer Blvd, Unit D). What kind of warranty do YIPOWER motorcycles come with?
We back our engineering with a comprehensive 12-month, 20,000 km warranty covering the motor, controller, battery, and frame. Furthermore, if your battery capacity drops below 70% within the warranty window, we will replace it free of charge. Wear items and damages caused by misuse are excluded.
How do you handle after-sales service and spare parts in the United States?
You are fully supported by our growing network of authorized local service partners. To ensure repairs are quick, smooth, and transparent rather than a waiting game, we maintain a dedicated regional parts inventory right here in the US.
Are YIPOWER motorcycles safety certified and street legal in the US?
Yes, global safety is built into our engineering; our electrical systems and key components are fully UL Certified.
