• U.S.-warehouse motorcycle orders usually ship in 1–3 business days and arrive in approximately 3–7 business days by freight. Adult signature and valid photo ID are required at delivery.
• Taxes and any remote-area or special-handling fees are calculated after you enter your delivery address and are shown before payment.
• U.S.-warehouse orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund if they have not shipped. Fees may apply after 24 hours. Motorcycles are not eligible for free change-of-mind returns.

Can I ride in the rain or through water?
You can ride in light rain or wet conditions with caution, but deep water is not allowed. Avoid water deeper than the wheel center, and never charge a battery that may have been submerged or water-damaged.
What’s the difference between the Samurai and the Skyleap?
SAMURAI is the more premium, lightweight, street-oriented platform with carbon-fiber construction and a more refined riding feel. SKYLEAP is the harder-edged off-road platform built for dirt, climbs, jumps, and aggressive trail use.
